The CoA Project is a multi-year, multi-phase project commencing in November 2014 when the project proposal was formally approved.

The project utilizes the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) for overall governance, organization, and management.  A graphical representation of the project phases and corresponding PMLC structure is depicted below.
